“Easy to renew my car Insurance decent price”

“Very customer-friendly with regular updates on my payments. The price is very good too! I haven’t had any claims so don’t know how that process works but I expect it would be a very good service. I don’t see any reason to change from Budget Insurance when renewal comes round. Well done to the whole Budget team!”

“I’ve been a customer for nearly 8 years no claims always pay on time never any unpaid premiums and this year I lost my job so had to go into a IVA and now my insurance costs me more than double what I normally pay I have to have insurance and would of thought my previous good standing meant something turns out it doesn’t!”

“Notified Change of address switch policy to cheaper value house paid annually premium $656 end of May they said 42% increase on policy for change of address all same value will be cancelling asap.”

“Unfortunately I left it too late to cancel. Budget were far more expensive than other companies don’t get anything for loyalty and took they an annual payment. Will be moving next year.”

“The automatic renewal happened without sending out any kind of notice it was about to happen. I checked my spam email folder. It was also difficult on their site to find out what I paid last year and what I was about to pay. The price went up way more than 10% even though I have had no change of circumstance.”
