“made a claim, on July 03rd 2022, no fault of my own. hold no responsibility whatsoever, 100% not accountable, the service so far, NOTHING...! taking premiums a prompt, rapid, no hanging about, very quick, process. paying out a claim that has dragged on 19 months, well that's another story...!”

“Budget automatically renew my insurance without even a phone call ,so we will not be renewing next year ,cost me£202.00 when I could have had insurance fro. Another company for £174.00 .wasn't too pleased at all especially when everypenny counts these days.”

“Tried to jip me when insurance was do for renewal ,, phoned them up and magically over 200 quid was knocked of price ,, should be giving your customers the best price , plus when my car got stolen ,never got offered a courtesy car even tho it was in my policy”

“Although my policy went up in price from the first 12 months, it still represents good value when you look across the market. I renewed automatically, so no effort at all. If the price goes up again next year, I will be looking elsewhere. As it is, great value.”
