“great customer service i did look for cheaper car insurance on the compare sites as we all know that car insurance has gone through the roof at the moment and lets all hope that it goes down to a sensible price. so the option was to stay with budget insurance as the compare sites where asking for a higher price. all the best to budget and the team for looking after me and a great price to regards paul”

“My insurance went up a lot on renal renewal this year and I'd had an accident which didn't help. I checked on comparison sites and most quotes were the same so I rang Budget and explained my situation and we managed to get the price down, not a lot but it was more affordable. My accident claim was dealt with satisfactorily so I didn't see the point in changing companies and "better the devil you know". So I'm happy and avoided the hassle of change”
