“Paid for insurance over the phone on renewal then was told a later payment could not be taken whic my bank dismissed as not happened. Along with that they asked for a failed payment amount for £20 & there letter stated that £206 + the £20 fine I owed £206! Clearly they can’t add up & run an insurance company. The cheapest insurance usually means the most hassle NEVER AGAIN”

“You renewed automatically?? Not good Prices are way too high. You DON'T reward long term driving skills and lack of claims like you should DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF SAYING YOU DO IN ADVERTISING”
