“I simply asked could I increase the annual mileage from 7,000 to 10,000 miles. I was told yes for an administrative fee of £26 plus £96. I will NOT be renewing my policy. I have been with budget insurance for 10 years without a claim”

“I complained that my insurance had gone up despite the devaluation in my vehicle & the lower mileage I attained. Budget reimbursed me a small sum which was well appreciated. Shame this wasn’t done from the beginning of the renewal - I guess it’s just the world we live in today with ever competing companies.”

“I came to them via another company, I was expecting huge sums but have been pleasantly surprised over and over again this year it even went down. I have very little to do as they tell me how much and do I want to go ahead... I say you bet and they take care of it all. 'Paperwork' becomes available through your account online Tara everything over and done with, covered!!!”
