Disgusting company with nasty customer service .also veetec garage is nightmare

This the worst insurance company on the planet. The garage (vertec) that takes car for repairs for Churchill insurance is also a nightmare . In one word Churchill is really disgusting company and their customer service is disaster. I won't recommend Churchill to anyone. I feel my money was wasted and Churchill is rubbish

Churchill are ok as they are very much like any other standard insurance company ie pays your monies then if you have an accident they at least respond even though if your car is written off by the 3rd party in an accident dont count on getting ALL your monies back for another car. However, I will very much advise - DO NOT GO TO SLATER GORDON SOLICITORS, they are weak at and seam to have no proper fight in them to help you claim monies from 3rd party's insurance. My advice go to a more independent solicitor like JF Law that will have your interests to fight on behalf of you.

When we had a burst which did a great deal of damage, Churchill were extremely helpful, and helped sort out our needs without delay, it is some years ago now, but I would trust Churchill to do the right thing without delay and therefore i would say with them for the foreseeable future

Hi where to start had a leaking pipe which is coming from my water tank.The tank is in my neighbours loft call the Emergency line at Churchill's plumber arrives turns off said water supply to the tank explains it's a stop cock surprised when he has no parts but advise he will arrange for the work to be passed for repair the next day now going into the forth day and I have been passed from pillar to post with various excuses of its waiting on approval to the manager who has to approve my quote is in a meeting to the company who attended have not put a quote in not the greatest customer service I have came across now without hot water or heating I am advised to buy a heater or move in with family or get my own plumber what he point in emergency call out if that's not the case been lied too for four days and know very frustrated hope tomorrow to get a more positive response from a company I have used for nearly ten years for insurance

The lack of interest and knowledge was astounding. They had no idea of the details of the road i had my accident in, they referred tonit as a suburban street...funnily enough the UK government tisagrees as the speed limit is 60mph. Avoid this company at all gosts. My score of 1 star is only there as you are not able to give a mijus score.

Churchill home insurance for the U.K. - they are in my BLACK list from now on... never again!! Avoid them and shop around, exclude them from your search. You pay for home emergency- which doesn't exist in this company. Waiting 4 days for the plumber to come and repair leaking pipe in the ceiling. No water in the house but who cares, all what this stinking company wants it's your money ( money for nothing ) easy money of course but NO MORE and NOT FROM ME!! Disappointed and stressed!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

Dont get a car insurance with them CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALING!!! I have worked in customer service for 10 year and they are reaaly bad.DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR TRUST ME.

Having been with the same insurance company for many years I felt the premiums were excessive. When I questioned this and told them I could get the same cover elsewhere they offered to change me to third party, fire and theft and reduce premium. Churchill offered me cover I already had £100 cheaper and were polite and helpful on the phone. Very satisfied with service I received.

Poor Customer Service: Involved in a car accident Christmas day so expected to wait until 27th December for anything to happen. The person who initially dealt with the claim (Lindsey) was great but since then the experience has been very poor, car only collected today after chasing up and complaining and no courtesy car delivered to replace the car. Informed a courtesy car will not be issued until repairs take place which could be some time, this is not clear in the policy document and churchill are clearly doing the bare minimum to assist their customers in their time of need. The representative today (James) also quoted information that was not in the policy document, saying a courtesy car would only be provided if available, the policy does not state this!

So for misunderstanding a question and ticking a wrong box in the excitement of getting the car I'd always wanted, I had a shitty phone call from Churchill and an immediate void on my car insurance. Weren't interested in an explanation ( my additional driver info, not me). Very unfriendly and hostile and reduced me to tears on the phone! STAY AWAY FROM CHURCHILL

Customer service 10/10. In all my 17 years of driving I've had loads of different insurance companies and Churchill is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our car was damaged in a car park two weeks ago and, despite the garage not returning our phone calls or having a car for us as promised, Churchill have been on the job tirelessly. They have now hired us a car to get to the airport (we are on holiday soon) and one home again. They have been prompt at calling when promised, they have gone out of their way to sort out things, they have been amazing. Only downside - you don't get one person dealing with your claim and have to explain the situation every time.

Shit service! Got in touch with Gemma and tried to explain there may be a problem with the bank card they would try to use- We have your payment all is ok. A week late a snotty letter arrives saying we cannot get the cash so go online again and guess who answers- Gemma....... I say do not renew it I have insurance cheaper- now I get a letter(taken 6 days to get here- saying you have not paid- I suggest that someone at Churchill has a word with Gemma and ask her WTF is happening- never use again

Went on comparison site and was surprised to find Churchill was a third of the price of my other provider who I was with for over 5 years bearing in mind I never claimed in that time so well done Churchill very pleased.
