6 weeks on and no repaired car back - UK Assist in Warwick tell lies and i have had a full day and half day off at their bidding on 2 separate occasions to wait for car - which never turns up! Without a doubt Churchill is the WORST car insurance brand as they use inferior garages with no professional acumen, common sense or honesty. I now suspect they have damaged my Audi TT so will drive over in their rubbish down market hire car to investigate! :)

Had.New for Old and Accidental damage. Claimed for damaged Top Range ACER Laptop. Sent to their Tech agents. Total rite off . Had £200 Excess.but they offered me a replacement @ £ 234 at Currys & not same spec !! I refused it as Acer was full spec & 8 hour battery life. Got 2nd unit & promised it was better than acer. After running it & recharging. Found it only had 3 Hour battery Life. Checked spec & 3 Hours was correct. Bunch of Corrupt Lying Trash.

I cancelled my policy in december and they have still be trying to charge me, despite having rung them to cancel policy. They cant find any confirmation of call, basically insinuated that i was a liar. Rude staff. Now have to find the insurance documents for a old place I owned so they will not charge me

Been with them for over 12 years 1 week in to my dad's policy and they want to charge a cancellation fee won't be going back with them again

You can not make a change to your policy without a £25 admin fee, there is no online option where you don't have to pay this. Any change ends up being a minimum of £50.00. Documents come out in the post which is behind the times most other companies use an online portal so you have to wait longer to send your new NCD to your new insurance company. Stay clear is my advice.

Stay clear ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Had a buscome in to my line when at the side of it put claim in, constantly ringing Churchill to find out what was going on as they never got back to me . Didn't even let me know they bent over and made me take partial blame!!!!

Don't ever buy Churchill car insurance! I have just received all the paperwork for my new car insurance with them and noticed that by mistake I ticked the box that says I am a homeowner (I wish but that will probably not happen any time soon). I called Churchill to correct that detail and was told that I will now be charged £117 more, which is over 25% of what I have already paid! Such a discrimination for people that are not homeowners! It is despicable especially looking at the housing crisis these days! And I already get higher quotes for not being married! Outrageous!

I accidently paid annually for my car insurance and though it was my own mistake, Churchill adjusted my payments to monthly and refunded the annual payment in full the same day. Very happy so far.

Worst insurance company ever. My problems started when I tried to cancel my policy renewel, I told them no but they took it upon themselves to renew anyway. Plus when I complained about the price they were able to knock £400 off the yearly price just like that. God knows how many people they rip off each year.

This the worst insurance company on the planet. The garage (vertec) that takes car for repairs for Churchill insurance is also a nightmare . In one word Churchill is really disgusting company and their customer service is disaster. I won't recommend Churchill to anyone. I feel my money was wasted and Churchill is rubbish

Churchill are ok as they are very much like any other standard insurance company ie pays your monies then if you have an accident they at least respond even though if your car is written off by the 3rd party in an accident dont count on getting ALL your monies back for another car. However, I will very much advise - DO NOT GO TO SLATER GORDON SOLICITORS, they are weak at and seam to have no proper fight in them to help you claim monies from 3rd party's insurance. My advice go to a more independent solicitor like JF Law that will have your interests to fight on behalf of you.

When we had a burst which did a great deal of damage, Churchill were extremely helpful, and helped sort out our needs without delay, it is some years ago now, but I would trust Churchill to do the right thing without delay and therefore i would say with them for the foreseeable future

Hi where to start had a leaking pipe which is coming from my water tank.The tank is in my neighbours loft call the Emergency line at Churchill's plumber arrives turns off said water supply to the tank explains it's a stop cock surprised when he has no parts but advise he will arrange for the work to be passed for repair the next day now going into the forth day and I have been passed from pillar to post with various excuses of its waiting on approval to the manager who has to approve my quote is in a meeting to the company who attended have not put a quote in not the greatest customer service I have came across now without hot water or heating I am advised to buy a heater or move in with family or get my own plumber what he point in emergency call out if that's not the case been lied too for four days and know very frustrated hope tomorrow to get a more positive response from a company I have used for nearly ten years for insurance

The lack of interest and knowledge was astounding. They had no idea of the details of the road i had my accident in, they referred tonit as a suburban street...funnily enough the UK government tisagrees as the speed limit is 60mph. Avoid this company at all gosts. My score of 1 star is only there as you are not able to give a mijus score.
