Really good price and no issues until you make a claim. I put a claim in months ago that was non fault. I was told I couldn't have a hire car until the third party admitted liability. The third party did so and got my car. Everything went fine until they sent me my renewal and took three years no claims off me! They said third party had not admitted liability yet; so what about months ago when I got my hire car?! Disgusting. Makes you wonder what they are doing all day. Not their jobs obviously.

I am a Churchill customer and my car has been written off in October 15 (Non fault accident) I have received nothing in customer care or payment as of today 10/07/16 I would not recommend Churchill Insurance to anyone

Ive just called Churchill to put an extra car on my policy for 28 days as mine is in for repair. I was on hold for a little while because they were experiencing a high volume of calls, I knew I would be though as they put a message on their website stating this. When I got through this wonderful ladies voice started talking to me & I didn't catch her name but she was a breath of fresh air! She was so polite & lovely I instantly warmed to her. I suffer with anxiety & making phone calls makes me quite panicky, instantly she cheered me up, she was so cheerful & lovely. She couldn't help me with my reason for phoning but passed me on to someone that could. I didn't get his name either but he was also lovely & helpful. They both make calling companies less daunting. Car Insurance - took over 25% of annual premium (no refund) when cancelling 3 1/2 months before renewal. Lesson - don't use Churchill for car insurance or pay monthly. House Insurance - About 40% more expensive to renew with Churchill than to go elsewhere. Lesson - don't use Churchill. It seems a case of cashing in on inertia.

I have used Churchill insurance for a few years now in May i had a accident which was not my fault i made a phone call to Churchill to inform them of the accident from then one they were wonderful and sorted everything out for me they arranged for my car to collected and for a courtesy car to be delivered to me when it was decided my car couldn't be repaired Churchill arranged for me to keep my courtesy until i had received my settlement and for up to seven days after to allow me enough time to purchase another car i have been driving for many years and up until now have never had and accident so i was very grateful for all the help Churchill gave me though out the whole process i would like to thank all of the staff for their help ` -

We had our pride and joy BMW stolen. Churchill have been fantastic and paid out within 3 weeks. No hassle, straight forward, excellent service, we will be staying with Churchill for our future vehicles.

Customer service is great untill you have a accident and have to deal with the Claims department. They are talk to you as if you are bothering them. They have a dont care attitude and just try to close the claim in the easyest way possible for them without investigating i had to take them to the F.O.S to get them to finally investigate my claim and accept it as a non fault. I will never insure with them again even if they are the cheapest might aswell have no insurance at all.

Involved in accidents three months ago. I was constantly phoning to find out situation with claim...ended up going to ombudsmen...fed up. Three weeks ago found out that other party is blaming me. Actually other party is solely responsible. No more contact from you. Gone to ombudsman again...

After having been through many insurance providers, I used Churchill for my insurance cover. I found the process easy and the website user friendly. The quote was very competitive and my overall satisfaction and experience has been very good.

Renewed my car insurance after being told that I could add on my son at a latter date on a provision and full license insurance (all details given over the phone) when he passed his test. He passed his test with his instructors few weeks after and rang Churchill to change insurance details. After again filling in adviser questions I was informed that they could not insure him.tried to get insurance back for miss sold information. They charged me £53 to cancel insurance. Do not believe the dog advert yes yes it's no no
