“Clear information on price increases/decreases, plenty of notice before renewal to enable price comparisons. I've had car insurance with them for 3yrs now, fully comprehensive includes RAC breakdown cover & during those years I've never paid more than £180 for cover, in fact my cover reduced by £50 in the 2nd year & only increased slightly this year. Good website easy to navigate & at this point in time I only have positive thing to say about Dial Direct.”
