Asked for policy documents , never received , carried on policy without my notification taking money out of my account , no notification as to when policy ended etc

Have been with this company for over 5 years, I am well pleased with them. My insurance has even come down over £10.00 this year

Don't bug me with constant emails. Don't raise the price exorbitantly unlike other insurers. Apart from that have had no dealings with them, so can't respond.

company comes across as a very professional co. with easy options. I like the idea of sending a renewal quote in a booklet which shows last years price and the renewal price, it also details what you are covered for etc. I got my wife to use this co. last year and she is happy with the outcome.

Absolutely wish I had never started a contract with Dial Direct. They call them selves customer service executives, which is hilarious. I wish they were as helpful and nice when they tried to get me to start my a contract with them. Every time I try to call them they take forever to answer and little did I know that when you take a business contract out you have no consumer rights! I have been unhappy from the start and I demanded for them to end my contract within a week of starting my new contract with them. I wish I had stayed with EE!!! Who are extremely helpful, and always pleased to hear from their customers, and will call back if you are accidentally cut off! Well those at Dial Direct do neither. Terrible terrible terrible!! I’m stuck in a 36 month contract and my network coverage is terrible, but hey who cares because I am stuck in a contract and receive messages mostly 2 days later. Not impressed.

Dial direct customer service are very prompt at answering calls, but in the same breath not so quick to return calls. 3 times I called to cancel a potential claim, computer down each time and never returned calls. Hence my insurance went up.

It's very unusual for me to use the same car insurance company two years in a row. But Dial direct not only gave me a good deal for a second year, but when I phoned them, they dropped the price. Also, the girl I spoke to me was excellent.
