“My 2nd year with having Car insurance with Dial Direct & again, a great service / Policy at a great competitive price, but the best satisfaction of all, on the day of my renewal was the Agent I spoke with (I cannot remember his name sad to say) & he was excellent, friendly & efficient.........10/10”

“For me, a first time customer, the price/cover was right. I have yet to test the service with a claim of any kind. We shall see. I would prefer an on-line renewal system as the long distance 'phone line is difficult+”

“I have been very happy with dial direct, but this years price increase is absolutely ridiculous, I will be keeping a close eye on what other insurers will offer me for next time and will have no hesitation in moving. I would have stayed, if the renewal was fair”

“I've been a customer for a good few years now, have only had one cause for concern this year with the massive increase in the cost of my insurance, almost doubling, I had cheaper quotes elsewhere but stayed loyal, however I wouldn't be so sure of my next loyalty card at this rate.”
