“I have cancelled my policy with yourselves, but you are on insisting that I owe you money,I have cancelled the direct debit.I got an email from yourselves to say that my policy was coming to and end,but you never sent me a quote for the new policy, so I went looking for a new policy,which I found,so I went with that insurance company. Then all of a sudden I got a letter from yourselves to say that I owe you money for the new policy you had stated, so I am not willing to pay any monies to you for that month,if you want to take any further then do please so,but you are not getting any money from me. Yours sincerely Kevin Bright”

“Was given my price for my insurance for the year / month ,with a email from Dial Direct . Taken the money out of my bank & it was more than what the email had sent . As times are hard with everything going up up up each time . Why….as NO up date about it from your company….”

“Very disappointed to get an email (after cooling off period) telling me my insurance was going to be split between 2 companies. And in the event of one going bust (and me having an accident) I wouldn’t get the full payout. I will not be renewing next year regardless of cost due to this cheeky stunt”
