“In my opinion when I changed my vehicle from an import to a British vehicle the insurance was a bit steep as it increased, but due to our financial situation at the time we could not afford to cancel and take out a new policy with another company, quoting half the price for same. I am glad that when I changed my vehicle recently Dial Direct could not cover as they did not list latest vehicle. I took out a policy with another company paying nearly half (for a left hand drive American import) of what Dial Direct were charging for a British vehicle”

“Never got in touch with them even after at least ten phone calls at ten minutes each time, two written letters and numerous emails. I was only trying to upgrade my policy to a different car, so I was forced to take a new insurance with a different provider. Absolutely rubbish.”
