“Easy purchase with no issues or problems. I left my keys on the bus and although the key funder service wasn't used the reassurance it gave me was a great help. I collected my keys from the bus company.”

“In my opinion when I changed my vehicle from an import to a British vehicle the insurance was a bit steep as it increased, but due to our financial situation at the time we could not afford to cancel and take out a new policy with another company, quoting half the price for same. I am glad that when I changed my vehicle recently Dial Direct could not cover as they did not list latest vehicle. I took out a policy with another company paying nearly half (for a left hand drive American import) of what Dial Direct were charging for a British vehicle”
