“Happy enough with the process. However, I did ask for the insurance to be automatically renewed and for a copy of insurance docs to be sent through the post. I have received them by email but not through the post. Also, had no confirmation that my car insurance will not renew automatically. It is as though they ignored these requests.”

“On the phone for hours in an attempt to sort out an issue, subsequent agents demonstrated poor or no knowledge in relation to my situation and I was constantly put on hold and promised a call back! I eventually and reluctantly cancelled my renewal and went elsewhere, really disappointed.”
