“Unfortunately I received a renewal notice doubling this year's premiem but after a short discussion the price was dropped . Why would a company do this sort of thing. As a pensioner I am not stupid. I wonder if the sort of action will be repated next year??? Not happy!!”

“Due to being very busy with other things, I only seen my renewal emails after it was too late. You have added almost £30 ( A MONTH!) onto my van insurance. I have made no claims, have several years no claims bonus, have been driving for 24 years. how the hell can you just bang it up another 30 quid a month? What's the reasoning behind this, makes absolutely no sense.”
