“As a 79 year old driver i have for the past two years had my car insurance with Dial Direct and found them to be as good if not better than most insurance companies they are easy to deal with and the insurance quote was to my satisfaction 5 star al round.”

“Most Insurance companies actually advise one to "look around" Which I'm sure most of us do for a better deal. However, this year I couldn't be bothered , and guess what!!! They renewed and it was a better quote than I could find anywhere 👍👍 At last Someone who REWARDS LOYALTY Thankyou Dial Direct 😇👍👍”

“phoned to get a quote for a second car i have a van insured with you but my van as got engine trouble so i took it off the road so i needed to insure a little run about but the agent i was talking to did not help or give me a quote just the opposite and cut me off with no reply very surprised at the poor service.”

“Overall the service has been very good really competitive with quotes compared to a lot of other companies. Only negative was I got charged an administration fee that wasn’t by fault it was my bank that stopped payment I did explain everything to them but still got charged 🤷”
