“I didn't need to use my insurance for any claim, so wasn't in contact with them, however my premium was lower this year which I felt should happen if I don't make a claim, thanks again”

“I cancelled by phone and email my auto renewal on insurance,1 day later I received a text saying thank-you for renewing your policy,I rang them again and explained I'm not renewing due to getting it half the price elsewhere,recently received a letter saying my policy cancelled due to lack of payment,are you just greedy or just thick”

“Received my renewal quote which was less than the previous year's premium, something that is a rarity these years. For a change customers are once again rewarded for loyalty. I was perfectly happy with my quote, which included RAC breakdown cover, so all I had to do was sit back and let Dial Direct do the rest.”

“Very disappointed following a sudden increase in my premium after I had been given my annual charge I called and was after 35 minutes and three people later the third who was very rude to me , was cut off. Not happy with the service at all and unable to get a clear picture of why my premium gas shot up by almost £100 a month.”

“This is my third year with Dial Direct. Each year I have checked other prices and Dial Direct have been the least expensive. The renewal process is very easy and all communication is quick and straight forward. I haven't needed to make a claim yet so I can't review on that, but just for cost and efficiency I'm very happy.”

“Have been with direct dial now for 14 years and I do check other websites 6 weeks before my renewal and have only once been told that they cannot beat or match other quotes as we all struggle with finances its nice to know some are willing to try to help thanks Direct Dial”

“I was grateful to speak to a person and not just fill things in on the computer. There was a slight hiccup but when I rang back the necessary amendments were immediately made. The price was competitive. I hope I never have to call on my insurance but I hope if I do everything will be just as straightforward.”
