“Easy company to deal with. First time dealt with advisor. Once up and running everything is done online quick and easy. Pay by DD and each month get a message of thanks for my payment. Good price and no problem calling them if you need to speak to someone. Very pleased with Dial Direct.”

“The price I was first quoted was a fairly big increase but after phoning and explaining that it was too expensive, the price was reduced. The company is good but for long term customers there is no loyalty from the company.”
