“A few of my friends insurance quotes for 2024 had doubled in price and although mine increased, it wasn’t nearly as much.”

“The price was very competative, and the company seemed very fair in their quote. I have not had a reason to test their reaction to a claim , and so cannot comment on this aspect of their care. This is the only reason that I have not given them 5 stars.”

“I had home insurance with this company. Horrible experience. Made an honest claim and found loop holes not to payout. Will never ever insure with them again, will tell others. There defaqto rating is very low when it comes to payouts. My policy no: 134634595 just in case you was wondering who I am. Anyone do not my any claims with this company as they will find loop holes as to not payout. I’m with another company which has a defaqato rating of 5 stars. Doesn’t give me options to give it NO STARS.”

“Dial direct has dealt with our car insurance for a few years now.We have been hit from behind whilst stationary which was quite traumatic as it was a lorry that hit us!
