“Happy with last year's quote, nothing at all has changed. Social use only, very low mileage. The reason for 3 stars only is as follows I expected a price increase, but not £78 more than last year's quote Disappointed to say the least.”

“Like ALL Insurance companies they increase your insurance upon renewal which personally I think is a rip off, especially when you have not claimed (for 20 years or more). However at least Dial Direct do make renewal easy and I suppose like other insurers did not hike my price crazy.”
