Appalling service I cancelled in July online pressed the option to confirm and still provided internet and take money off me and say I owe money seems like a con to make money would never recommend Dial Direct

I was expecting a hike in my renewal for this year. I was pleasantly surprised when the quote came through at £200 LESS than last year. Not one of the compare sights came anywhere near either. (the closest was about £100 more)

Awful regarding claims process and lack of communication. Assigned Carpenters solicitors for a claim who never reply to emails or phone calls. Now being told my not at fault claim will be closed with zero compensation and I have to pay £375 in excess because the person who drove into the rear of my car has denied it despite exchanging details, photos and my medical record showing injury. Get told different things from dial direct and from Carpenters. Very poor and have left complaints but never responded to.
