“the only thing i have to gripe about is same as all other providers 0844 numbers instead of 0800,”

“Unhelpful and rude. When changing my car details the quote went up 3 times, I will not be renewing wit themin March when current insurance expires”

“Brilliantly helpful. I was an existing customer and when I purchased a new car I made an error in purchasing a new policy rather than amending existing one. Sorted out within 5 minutes. Also £300 cheaper than the qoute from the dealer I got car from.”
