“Having a bit of a trouble with some pending documentation from my other policy providers, I called the customer line and the person who was on the other side of the phone, Jessica Fernandes not only understood my problem from my brief explanation, she personally called the other insurance company I'm also involved with, and sort within few minutes a documentation problem that I couldn't solved myself. I'm very happy having an insurance policy with FirstInsurance and can't recommend it enough”
