“I was never told that even if I cancel within cooling off period I will have to pay £60 as admin charges. On complaining, I was told that its part of our T&Cs. Total rip off!”

“Well, you haven't yet. Had policy for nearly 2 weeks and still cannot view my 'online portal'. first phone I made said she would re send the link- it never arrived. The phone call today- I was advised to email required documentation to documents@first.co.uk. I just hope that the documents are received in time and that I don't get charged for system/user error.”

“They provided me with a quote online, I went ahead and bought the policy. They then sent me an email to tell me i'm not insured until someone phones me. During the phone call they went through all the information i provided and even tho it was exactly the same as I had done online they increased the quote by £800. complete waste of time!”
