“absolute thieves . took my money and rind me up every week with another add on or some technical requirement i need to adhere to . which ends uo in more money . no one to complain too . carnt cancel as they'll administer more charges . complete con of a company . i can only assume they have no repeat custom the way they operate . i for sure will never use first insurance again . they need investigating for misconduct . when mentioned theres no one to even discuss your concerns. AVOID AVOID AVOID seriously crooks”

“rip off company. Avoid avoid you will be lucky if you avoid them. they charge a fortune if you want to make change or want to cancel it. total bunch of thieves”

“felt let down bi company operators fake and hiden information sending extra documentation in a limited time to be able to do something, different information from one day to another, they are tiyng to take you the money withaut giving nothing back asking extra money for canceletion”

“Over priced. Almost 3 x more expensive than other insurers. These 5 star ratings have to be false. Total rip off merchants. Dont believe the hype people, go elsewhere.”

“After having a few initial problems with my car insurance and speaking to many different agents on the phone Amber sorted everything for myself when so many other people i had spoke to could not. Very professional and understanding. Hope to deal with Amber again. 10 out of 10 Mrs K Greenfield”

“Do not go with this company. It is a rip off. Go somewhere else and i guaranteed it will be cheaper and have more miles. I ran out of miles and they want £235 for 1000 miles. Most company's charge £50. I am already paying over £200 a month. Asked to cancel and they want rest of the money for the policy so about £1000. Absolutely shocking. Total rip off”
