“Black box barely recorded my driving. Said I was driving with ignition off etc. Acceleration was put down to 20 for no reason.”

“I think that it could be improved if you received a score after you had completed each journey. It does seem a little ridiculous that you have to wait a month to find out how well you are driving.”

“I had to phone up and arrange my direct payment plan for every 4weeks due to how i get paid and the lady and lad on both occasions helped sort it for me with no trouble at all so i have no issues when i have phoned up so thankyou all”

“The service (well my mum gets as she contacts Hastings in my behalf) is excellent. My annual premium has dropped by more than half due to the very easy app I use to see how I?m driving. The calls she makes are always answered quickly and the queries are always answered. My mum had recommended my nan to Hastings as she?s so impressed with the service”
