“Avoid this scam of a company they offer you cheap insurance after 3 months they lower your scores significantly forcing you to cancel the policy as you will not get another insurance if they cancel it. They will then charge you stupid over the top cancellation fees now that's how they make their money back. It is impossible to get the scores up even after perfect driving with 32 yrs experience yet the scores reduce immediately. This company should be banned from trading avoid this shocking scam of a company pay that bit extra and go elsewhere.”

“It could be improved by giving real and accurate ratings. The ratings did not reflect a true interrpretation of my driving. The only good thing was the price was lowered, the score was however wrong”

“All I would say is to keep away from hastings smart mile black boxes. Im just in the prosses of cancelling mine. It's a complete scam. Back to PROPER SAFE DRIVING. Hooray.”

“They should explain that the smartmiles doesnt reset with the renewal of the policy. Also, they should explain better that you need to drive loads to allow for more accurate scores”

“The service was excellent . Last year it was very easy to add my granddaughters to the insurance for part of the year and i know i will be able to do it again this year. It was very nice to speak to someone who knew exactly what i was asking.”

“Been with Hastings 3 years in a row and never had to change insurers as theyve always had a better renewal price than other providers after checking comparison websites. Good service and no issues”
