Absolutely amazing insurance company. Not once have they pester me about my driving skills. I?ve got insurance with them again would recommend them to any new drivers

Feel it is a very useful service. would highlight that i feel the breaking scores need to take into account area people drive in as in a busy high street use of breaking is higher than in countryside.

They couldn't answer a simple question without repeat calls failed to ring back as promised failed to do what they said when they said they would and then charged more than the original quote. The only positive was it still worked out a bit cheaper than everyone else. You need to get a grip and start providing proper high quality customer service! LP

I thought having a black box for my daughter as a first time driver was a great idea .She travelled well knowing that she was monitored and she is now after a year a very sensible driver . She also scored very well on your points system and had a massive discount on her second year insurance. we are very happy with the service you provided many thanks Lee Sulley

Absolutely awful company stay clear, told me there was no cerfew when we took the policy and there was, which drastically kept reducing my driving score, when I asked for advice they advised me to not use my brakes, I live in a very hilly area and this is absurd. Then when I eventually could end the policy I rang three desperate times to make sure it didn?t lapse even had emails to day it was finished, then received an email out of the blue thanking me for renewing! Thank god I had cancelled the direct debit. I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague

Great insurance for a first driver!!! Black is sent to your home to fit on the battery. That rating are good and not harsh on young driver.

Just reminded me a few weeks before about my car insurance and I got a black box with them and my second year of insurance has gone down by loads so really pleased with that Tbf

Installed a black box in sons car. Acceleration now down to 0 despite braking and speed being very good. Only a month left to run on policy so I imagine this figure has been fixed so you can cancel the policy. I am a DSA Driving instructor and have hours of video evidence to prove my son has been driving in an acceptable manner. I also have been driving this vehicle in an acceptable manner..... This is a warning to Hastings that I am in the process of taking my proof to a solicitor and to the insurance ombudsmen. Hastings are clearly defrauding their customers out of millions by selling and cancelling policies without giving any refunds and charging customers hundreds of pounds for worthless black boxes.
