“The staff are always very friendly and help any way they can. On the few occasions I have called I always get my problem resolved. I?ve never waited longer than five minutes on hold but whoever answers the call will apologise for my wait. Generally fantastic experience each time Thanks”

“There word is there bond usually insurance goes up every year but fitting a smart miles box decreased my insurance with the discount as promised..impressed so far as this is the first year using smart miles .. be interesting to see next years perfomance ..thankyou”

“Wasn't impressed at first as son had to pay nearly 1800.00 for first year car insurance. I must say over the year he drives better than I do . Was dreading this years renewal but couldn't believe my eyes ... most hard work and careful driving goes to son at 89% out of 100 his premiums went down to ?520.00 amazing. Not only great savings think it's a safety issue having a black box fitted as boys will be boys without it .Would highly recommend totally”
