I made quite a saving this year as my driver rating was quite good...however I hated having the box on and having points deducted when I had to be out after 10pm as I am clearly not a young driver....... It was explained to me that this would not be a problem in the second year so decided to renew...

Very helpful, however was disappointed that to change the address on the policy last year meant an extra payment over ?120 yet other cars in the household went down in price. just because it's telematics I seem to have been penalised for moving house.

Hello,? I'm sorry to hear about the increase in price following your change of address. While the postcode is a rating factor, the driver's age, vehicle and other factors are also taken into account. I appreciate it is a significant increase and I understand the frustration as a result. I hope that you've since been able to find a more suitable price or failing that the renewal will be a competitive one -Theo

Hope you visit here before you take a policy out! Just spent 40min to “customer service”. First journey and app claims 57mph in a 20 zone. 2 long calls (they don’t call back) and told apparently “you should ignore the app ..... unless they send you an e-mail!” confirmation. Then app gives 100% scores for all measures but speed which is zero! This is apparently not linked to the false speeding result. Their system is clearly fundamentally flawed and will cancel. Need to have the argument about cancellation fees next .... but the system is clearly not fit for purpose. The contact suggest you need to pay 210GBP if you’ve installed the unit - but until then everything seems fine ... a fine scam! Need to get some legal advice as to whether I need to pay cancellation .... might be worth it to get away from these cowboys! Can you imagine what it’d be like if you needed to claim!!

All good, send over no claims bonus strait away so it was easy to change insurance company. Because Ii've had no hassel with Hastings I would use them again. .

Very helpful staff. I had an issue with a lost debit card but they were very understanding and put my mind at rest that my daughter would still be insured.

Gave a good quote for the first year of 1100 for my first car and I was satisfied with the company for the duration of the policy. However at renewal my premium Rose to 2400 despite not making any claims, driving carefully (Black box) and not exceeding the annual milage and now having a 1 years no claims. The official explanation was my area had got more dangerous raising the premium but by 1400 is simply unappropriate. This has made getting to work a little more difficult.

Pretty poor. My renewal quote went from in the region of ?600 to ?2500

Decided to increase my premium by ?500 despite my no claims bonus increasing by a year, main driver turning 21 and a satisfactory driving (black box) score. Customer service is awful - they charge you if you wish to make changes to the account over the phone! Had to make 3 phone calls to cancel my plan and stop it from renewing for another. Found a far cheaper, better run competitor who offers a better service at a cheaper price - shop around!
