“Been a customer for a number of years. renewed my insurance and paid in full. I called back the next day to change my address. I was told it needed to go to the under writers and I would get a call back within 1hr - no call! I called back the following day to be told that the underwriter wouldn't approve the insurance due to my address being a new post code and they didn't have any data on the area and had cancelled my policy the day before - Yes cancelled it. No one called me to tell me they had cancelled this I had been driving around unaware that I wasn't insured. Completely let down by Kwikfit and will not be returning to them. Currently waiting for my money to be refunded back to me.”
“Brilliant service. Luckily I have not had to make claim but if it is anything like the setting up of the insurance I am sure it would have been as efficient and easy.”
“Extremely appalled with this service, took out a policy in October 2015 to find out today that they had cancelled my policy from them saying I'd not sent in documents needed which where sent in the same week I took the policy out which was all done online. I have paid every month and not missed a payment where I pay £240 every month. There was no confirmation of them even cancelling my policy and I only found this out after being pulled over by the police and saying that I didn't have insurance, this was extremely embarrassing as I have proof via bank statements and via my documents online. Resulting me in paying out for a new insurance today.

“This car insurance policy was easy to start but if you have to change car during that year be prepared for an £89 fine for changing your details. This used to cost anything between £5 and £20 so I was horrified when they told me I had to pay this enormous amount. For this reason alone I will not be renewing my policy with kwikfit. Also they think Burgess Hill in West Sussex is in Redhill.....again rather worrying.”
“My mother has just had an accident and their guaranteed courtesy car is only available when the car is accessed by an engineer and only then when it goes to the garage is a courtesy car issued. Therefore you are without a car from the accident until kwik fit can sort themselves out to get a engineer to your car leaving you with no car, no answers and consequently no work no money.
Typical insurance company making the wording work to their advantage leaving the upstanding public who pay their way and insure their cars out of pocket and not providing the support they advertise”
“so poor the worse as 1 late payment cancel straight away and have to pay up 6 month owe in full while they cancel the policy 6 month early left, wont ever use it again shame on them
