“Really polite when took out car insurance in march 2015
Had to buy a bigger car later same year staff were helpful changed details over only went up by £5 a month Car insurance due for renewal soon i am going to consider kwikfit again .”
“Purchased motor breakdown cover on line. Received email saying I should log onto their web site to check the details as this is the only place I can get copies of the policy documents. Web site down for 3 hours. Then when I get on line the policy details are not recognised. Message asks me to call customer service. Hear recorded message saying they are carrying out training and I should call back another time. Useless, totally useless.”
“Whilst they offer chap pricing and the service is pretty good, BEWARE of all their terms and conditions. I have just cancelled my policy (Feb 2016 which I have had since Oct 2015) due to selling my vehicle and was hit with a £136.59 cancellation FEE...
That's a £50 cancellation fee, plus another £86.59 for TIME ON COVER!!!! I figured this is what the monthly direct debit is for anyway... It's a shame that motor insurance has become such a problem nowadays and is not a credit service.. Shame
Either way a quick moan and they waived the £50 cancellation fee, so semi-happy resolution, but just be careful...”
“My car was bumped from behind whilst stationery. The claim is on-going but has been dealt with excellently so far. I cannot praise the insurance staff enough.”
“When I informed them of a accident they collected my car the next day which I was told later it shouldn't have been taken that soon.then I was told I couldn't have a courtesy car cause I don't have a credit or debit card.
Ended up allowing the other drivers insurance admiral to get my car sorted as he was the one at fault and admiral have bent over backwards to get everything resolved well done admiral.shame on you kwik fit”

“I have never experienced anything like these people in my life I have been lied to, given false information , shocking there are no words to describe this company they should not be allowed to advertise. I was left to pay for the damage myself it seems to be my house was insured under false pretences.”
“Have had no problems so far but there again have not had a claim but they were very fair when I informed them that I had a minor speeding offense which I had overlooked when taking out the policy and only added a minimal amount.The renewals come up in April so we shall see how that goes”
“Been a customer for a number of years. renewed my insurance and paid in full. I called back the next day to change my address. I was told it needed to go to the under writers and I would get a call back within 1hr - no call! I called back the following day to be told that the underwriter wouldn't approve the insurance due to my address being a new post code and they didn't have any data on the area and had cancelled my policy the day before - Yes cancelled it. No one called me to tell me they had cancelled this I had been driving around unaware that I wasn't insured. Completely let down by Kwikfit and will not be returning to them. Currently waiting for my money to be refunded back to me.”
“Brilliant service. Luckily I have not had to make claim but if it is anything like the setting up of the insurance I am sure it would have been as efficient and easy.”
