Received Bright Summer Bouquet in a box. Flowers in a dreadful condition. No card so I don't know who ordered them. Have submitted a complaint but haven't received an acknowledgement email. Very poor.

Had flowers delivered as a gift for our wedding anniversary. Four of the five roses were in full bloom petals started dropping next day. Leaves on most of the other flowers were withered. They weren't in water and according to tracking my sister said they started the journey at 6am, we received them 10 hours later. Not what I would expect from M&S.

My daughter bought me a six month Marks and Spencer flower subscription and every single bouquet has been the most aesthetically poor and disappointing in every way, colourless and boring. It’s as though all the leftover flowers/dregs no one would personally choose are being sent out to unsuspecting customers. Any professional florist who has pride in their art would not produce anything like this. Last month’s was a bunch of tulips which I took back to my local store, the manager apologised and I chose a beautiful replacement for £15! £5 less than the cost of £20 per month subscription. It’s a scandal. Shame on you Marks and Spencer. If anyone is considering purchasing a flower subscription as a gift or for themselves and want value for money I urge you PLEASE do not subscribe to this as you will be extremely disappointed.

My mum received two different flower arrangements for her 80th birthday. One from my brother which I ordered and one from her sister who lives in a different part of the country. Both were disappointing as some of the flowers were dead or wilting. I got a full refund for my order and £5 E-voucher as an apology. As I did not have the reference number for my aunt's purchase I took the arrangement to my local high street store. The manager was very apologetic and gave a credit note for the value of the bouquet and gave me a choice of any bunch of flowers in the store. Whilst the customer service was excellent in my experience the poor quality is not a standard you expect and my family and I will not be purchasing any future flower orders. I went to a local florist and bought a beautiful fresh arrangement for my mum and the florist commented that she is increasingly hearing of complaints about the flower deliveries from M & S from her customers.

Ordered Hydrangea plant especially because of next day delivery. It was delayed for three days and the plant was wilting. Delayed and dried flower i was embarrassed even though it wasn’t my fault. Also flower was advertised as £30 when i bought it then the next day it was down to £25. RIDICULOUS!!!

My daughter sent me a lovely box of roses and freesias. Unfortunately the Rose's were nearly dead. I'm impressed with the service when I rang customer service. They apologized and are sending me another box. The assistant was very helpful. THANKYOU M&S.

Terrible service, would not recommend to anyone if you want some flowers to arrive on time. Got these as a gift and booked them a week in advance on a nominated day only for them to not be delivered on that day. Tried to get into contact with them twice through the online chat service only for it to crash half way through and nothing get resolved. The help desk is hard to use and crashes easily, just a shame for such a big brand to have such poor services. Use bloom & wild instead.

I was sent M&S flowers. Although the display was beautiful, it arrived damaged having been delivered by Yodel. Despite the box clearly being marked, flowers, handle with care, the package was badly damaged, the floral display upset in the box, it's water lost thus damaging the floral gift box And exterior box, and the flowers tipped up damaging some of the blooms. When you phoned customer services, was offered a refund to the sender which I declined, not wishing to disappoint or upset her, or a replacement. The actual bouquet which I had been sent was no longer available, so I felt my only option was to lodge a complaint but with no constructive resolution. I expressed my view that the quality and high standard expected by M&S was being tarnished by their use of Yodel for delivery. I was told it was an on going problem with many complaints going back years. One begs the question, why are they still using Yodel. On the strength of this experience, I would not send flowers from M&S. Very disappointing both, the damaged display and the lack of sufficient resolution. Very poor.

We have recently ordered two separate deliveries of the same item, on the same date of the 22nd of April one for my Wife's Auntie Jean Birthday who is in care in Melton Mowbray, and one for our Daughters Birthday in Lea in Preston who we visited on Saturday the 24th of April o/no 301-0031969-6712890 to say we were very dissatisfied and even ashamed of the condition and content of the flowers next to other gifts received, we will not be purchasing flowers from Marks and Spencer's again. That shows just how much we are dissatisfied. I and J Nelson

My flowers were a surprise gift. They were left in my porch upside down. The water had run down from the container and ruined the box and flowers. They have asked on 2 occasions for the order number, which of course I do not have. I understand that it was probably the delivery drivers error but I have received the same response from them. I personally have not ordered from M&S but will not in future.

I received flowers from marks and Spencer for my birthday and to be honest I was not impressed. Firstly the box arrived drenched in water. Flowers half broken, or droopy. There was no card and my friend asked for a card to be included. I had no idea who they were from And had to ask around until finally my friend asked me if I had received the flowers. I felt bad as I hadn’t called to say Thankyou. I told them there was no card, they replied I requested one. I checked the website too and over priced especially how I had received them. I received four other bunches from four other stores. A week later the three are still fresh marks and Spencer one finished in the rubbish. I would not use your floristry department ever. I was highly disappointed .

Very Disappointed ....... I signed up for the Marks & Spencer flower subscription 2 months ago. The 1st delivery was very poor and the flowers turned brown in 3 days, the quality and quantity were not satisfactory. I complained and M&S sent me a refund. I have just received my 2nd and for all the flowers are lovely they are not worth £20 I have purchased similar bouquets from my local co-op for £10. I was looking forward to receiving a nice bouquet as a treat to myself every month but have cancelled my subscription, I'll go back to buying from my local stores at half the price. Very disappointing both quality and value for money.

Two boxes of flowers delivered in unmarked boxes, no" THIS WAY UP" Or " Fragile Flowers" hence on opening, the flowers had come away from the cardboard restraining circle and were all crushed up on the flower heads. luckily they revived in water and only one bloom was broken, I didn't tell the senders, but it could have been a disaster ! your Boxes used to say"THIS WAY UP Fragile Flowers" Very disappointing. ( But the flowers are now a delight Thank you )
