I ordered flowers Prosecco and chocolates for a work colleague the delivery wine and chocolates were fine but they had sent a £30 bunch of flowers completely different from what was ordered, flowers ordered were £45 and even though they have said they will send new flowers there was no real explanation as to why they put cheaper flowers in had I not seen the flowers on Facebook I would never had known, also made me look bad as I had done a collection at work and sent a picture of the flowers I ordered to everyone I’d think twice before ordering again

Within 3 days of receipt of bouquet had to reduce the contents by two thirds as most of it was dead or dying Was sent to me with kindness and love How disappointing for both parties. M&S can do better

Following surgery my dear friend bought me what looked like beautiful, premium white roses. She arrived on Friday three days later, Sunday, they had all turned brown and I had to throw them away. I couldn't tell her because I didn't want to upset her, but they were a complete waste of money. I am really cross about them.

I ordered a rose bouquet with champagne for my in-laws to help celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. They got the flowers but not our gift message or the champagne which was out of stock. Why wasn't I informed so I could change the order and why wasn't the message sent as they had no idea we sent them? Very poor service. We got a refund for the gift but it's not about the money. The poor service completely ruined for us a surprise gift to help them celebrate their Diamond Anniversary which is rare these days. They got their card from the Queen but not our champagne.

Very disappointed . Not good value and a few were dead 4 days later. Delivery was good arrived when it should and tx to say it had arrived

Their flowers are exceptional quality but unlike normal florists they use Yodel for delivery. Vans are filled early in the morning and deliveries have arrived at 530 pm and 730 pm. Misses the occasion and not great being on a van all day. Sorry M&S poor courier means never again We want flowers during the day not at night. They kindly part refunded first time so I stupidly ordered again. Same Yodel same problem

Too often now M&S flower deliveries have not come up to standard. Almost as though some of the flowers are quite old. They need to improve because I’m at the point now of telling friends and family not to use this company for floral deliveries. Come on Marks, show us some quality

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a bereavement for a friend of mine. They were delivered but had the wrong card attached, it was congratulating someone on their anniversary instead of condolences. I rang customer services and was very disappointed and angry with their response, he could not be bothered with my concerns. Will not be ordering from them again!

One plant was not planted in the soil and very dry. I would think it was something to do with the delivery,

My mum received two different flower arrangements for her 80th birthday. One from my brother which I ordered and one from her sister who lives in a different part of the country. Both were disappointing as some of the flowers were dead or wilting. I got a full refund for my order and £5 E-voucher as an apology. As I did not have the reference number for my aunt's purchase I took the arrangement to my local high street store. The manager was very apologetic and gave a credit note for the value of the bouquet and gave me a choice of any bunch of flowers in the store. Whilst the customer service was excellent in my experience the poor quality is not a standard you expect and my family and I will not be purchasing any future flower orders. I went to a local florist and bought a beautiful fresh arrangement for my mum and the florist commented that she is increasingly hearing of complaints about the flower deliveries from M & S from her customers.

Ordered 2 peony bouquets both were damaged phoned to complain was put through to customer services spoke to some man who then put me on hold And transferred to another man who was extremely rude and told me to e mail him a picture of damaged flowers while he waited on the line what kind of customer service is this I was on the phone for nearly 30 minutes to be given this response never again will I order flowers from m and S again

Recieved the mixed rosess for my birthday 8th of April from parents, they lasted just 9 days I'm sure they were not cheap would have expected them to last much longer .

Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day flowers from the family. Yellow and White Roses and lilies. I have always praised and encouraged friends and family to use M&S for bouquets but not any more I am afraid. The yellow roses felt damp to the touch on arrival and never opened. The white roses opened slightly but just looked sad. There was no perfume from the Lilies and half did not open fully. So very disappointing. I haven’t told the children as they would be very upset. Due to COVID restrictions they have not visited to see how awful there gift was bare. Such a waste of money.

I received a bouquet of flowers with a bottle of Prosecco off my daughter and her partner for Mothers Day. They arrived on the day, all okay at that stage. However within 4 days I had to throw away more than half of the flowers, and the others are now after 6 days going to be thrown away. After spending a lot of money on flowers my daughter is very upset and I am very angry that a company such as M & S would supply such poor quality flowers. I will never buy flowers from them again!

Very disappointed with Mother’s Day flowers. Large ‘tree’ in middle to bulk it out. Flowers already wilting. Haven’t told my son but have e mailed complaints dept.

Found a box containing a squashed bouquet of flowers on my doorstep on Mother's Day. Instead of being thrilled that my daughter had arranged to have these delivered to me at a time when we are not allowed to be together, I found that I was deeply disappointed and very angry with M&S who are making a huge profit out of what was a sub-standard gift. The flowers were drooping, broken and half dead. They looked like they hadn't seen water for days. It stated on the enclosed literature that any chrysanthemums would arrive in protective netting. There was no such thing! I wanted to e-mail to express my disappointment but there was no contact e-mail and couldn't get through by telephone without hanging on the line for ever! Shame on you M&S. I won't be shopping there anytime soon.

Received my mother’s days flowers on Saturday 13th March, they were packed too tight in the box, the colours were beautiful but by Monday the small roses looked almost dead, very disappointing

Received flowers from my daughter for Mother’s Day yesterday and today, a few of the flowers are wilting. These flowers are not cheap and I am so disappointed that my daughter has wasted her hard earned money on these. Not good enough from M&S
