Received Mothers Day flowers and Prosecco from my son today. There were 5 roses, all of which were bashed, brown around the edges and wilted with 5 stocks and lots of greenery. Very disappointing!! I told my son they were lovely because he lives 200 miles away and I didn't want to upset him. The quality isn't what I expect from M&S, especially not today in this Covid world where families cannot get together. I have awarded one star for the Prosecco which I know will be good and one star for the stock which I hope will open and have a fragrance.

Flowers arrived day before the nominated day delivery and gift bought with flowers arrives separately and on a different day. I tried ringing customer service (20 minutes waiting with no answer), the automated voice says 'mothers say deliveries are between 7am on saturday until 7pm sunday, and gifts arrive separately due to different courier'. Very misleading as it does not state this online when ordering or in confirmation email. Definitely won't be ordering again. I gave 2 stars simply because flowers looked good and seemed fresh.

I ordered some lily's and roses for mothers day the delivery service was great. However, the quantity of flowers you recive is misleading compared to the image on the website. As well as the quality is not what I expected not even one of the lily's had come out and roses were tiny. I am very disappointed I expected more from M & S especially considering how much they charge. You are better off getting flowers from Tescos.

Given amarillys for xmas grew very well and 30 inches tall with two flower stems BUT pot was far to small to carry weight and one night it toppled over and broke stems what a waste. Should provide a large pot PLEASE

Received a bouquet today, looked wilted but I thought it would perk up when I put it in water, but not so, roses brown round edges, and drooping, all rest of flowers very sad looking, very disappointed with my Mother’s Day gift

Just received a flower delivery, very disappointed in the number of flowers, they bear little resemblance to what is pictured on the web site. Certainly not worth £25. Don’t think I’ll be ordering any more any time soon!

Previous work place sent flowers and chocolates. Flowers arrived after 6pm with no water (allegedly that’s the latest). I couldn’t send photos to my colleagues as some of the flowers were droopy, or dead with rose stem with no flower. I had to go to great lengths to rearrange them, leaving the poor ones at the back when I took a photo so that they would not be disappointed having spent so much money. I’ve thrown them in the bin today. They lasted only 4 days!

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. She is 79 today and is undergoing cancer treatment. I haven't seen her for a long time due to the pandemic and the fact that I work in a nursing home with a lot of covid positive residents, so I daren't go to see her at the moment. So it was important that the flowers arrive and that they were nice. I've just spoken to my mum and she said that the flowers were just left downstairs on the front porch, no card or anything through the door and no one knocked on delivery. This has happened a few times and really it isnt good enough. If I hadnt had phoned the flowers would have been there all night. They were delivered (according to the text I received) at 11.15 this morning and my mum didnt find them until almost 5 pm. You really should tell your delivery people TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR OR AT LEAST PUT A CARD THROUGH THE DOOR TO ALERT THE PERSON TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE THERE. I wont be ordering anymore flowers from you.

The flowers will last a couple of days at best - the roses were already in full bloom. It would be better to put them as buds so they have time to bloom and can be enjoyed longer. They were part of a birthday gift from my daughter. I didn’t want to outset her by saying they were quite poor but perhaps I should have done so she could have complained.

My flower order arrived a day after advised in a severely damaged box delivered by a very rude Yodel driver. Flowers not as the web site either. Not what I expected from M and S.

Ordered two bouquets. One fine. The other never shows up. But getting through to tell someone on the phone or email is impossible. I don’t think M and S can cope with the internet age which is a real shame as I have a strong heritage affection for them.

Despite the box showing which way up the bouquet should be delivered, the flowers were upside down and left outside, despite note on door to ask that they should be put in porch. A lot of the tiny leaved greenery was brown lower down and two stems were broken. Last time I ordered from M and S (several years ago)the delivery arrived 2 days late and was damaged. I had hoped they would have improved. Never again.

One bouquet was damaged on arrival - which they did replace when I complained. However the reason I wish to cancel is due to receiving 2 bunches of tulips for December - worth (having looked in other stores) about £8. Not worth the £20 payment. I called and was told all customers received the same. Shame as some bouquets have been lovely. But I will now try another subscription service.
