On Saturday 13th June, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend in Scotland on Thursday 18th June. I specifically chose this date as I knew she had a hospital appointment then. When I tracked the delivery, it abruptly came to a halt at around 4am yesterday morning (the 18th), then I had a text message at 1836 saying the order had "been delivered to a safe place". This was a lie as, in fact, the flowers were dumped on the doorstep this morning. Worse still, you didn't include the card so she had no idea who they were from. What idiots you are - can't even get that part right either. The words on the card were just as important as the flowers themselves & you've spoiled it. Stupid people. Will never trust you again with such an important order. Feel totally let down. Totally unacceptable.

have subscription very disappointing, but how do you stop it, is it difficult to keep it going? I have spend days trying to stop this subscription. Your finder does not recognise the name of subscription flowers, no help list mentions it. No one answers the phone which I believe we pay for,, trying to find email difficult, no one on live chat help answers. So in desperation this is what I am doing. The reason for cancelling, flowers not worth it.

A friend sent me the roses and tulips duo bouquet to cheer me up following a bad fall. Whilst the roses were lovely, the tulips did little to cheer me up - they were all wilting when I took them out of the box and after being in the vase for about an hour the petals began to drop. Very disappointed. Contacted Customer Services who were very apologetic and helpful and they arranged for a replacement bouquet to be sent to me. I did contact the sender and explained the situation and he was pleased to know problem has been resolved but was naturally disappointed. Full marks to Customer Services for their prompt response to the query. Tulips looked just like those in the photo submitted by reviewer Brian

Peony bouquet was beautiful. The colours were stunning. However, rather disappointing that they lasted less than a week! A big let down! Photo shows what’s left on day 5.

I ordered a £25 bag of Christmas festive flowers online to be delivered to my elderly mother-in-law. It was delivered on time but my m-in-law phoned to tell me the flower food was missing. I checked the order online and the flowers looked much better and the bunch a lot bigger. I phoned customer services to complain and was sent a £10 gift voucher in compensation. I said I didn't think this amount was enough but was told that was all that I could have. I forwarded this to my in-law to say sorry. I am not at all happy, I thought M&S customer service was better than this. I definitely won't be buying any more flowers from them. I've bought better flowers from my local supermarket for a fraction of the cost of these.

The worst meal I have ever had from yourselves, Gastropub Chicken-in Red Wine, where do you want me to start, no taste in chicken, most Six pieces of mushroom and as for the sauce very watery, do I need to say any more .

M&S is a company that rarely lets me down however on this occasion I was extremely disappointed with their customer service, especially their Cheadle manager who offered no apology to me and instead addressed me as if I was a schoolchild in need of a good telling-off!

I have only ordered twice on line and the first item didn't arrive on date stated .I was told byou lady at desk it was unusual so tried a second time ticking the box for next day delivery at store if your choice to then receive an email saying delivery is a further week away .very poor service especially when you request payment first to order but then say you wait several days for payment to be returned .I have been dissapointed for some time over the quality of clothes in store but have decided I will not shop again ever .standards have dropped so much far to expensive for poor quality goods

My trousers. Why is it that their trousers are a hit and miss affair? I buy trousers at a certain waist and leg length. The chances of any two pairs being the same leg length are nigh on nil, even though the label says they are. It is the same with pullovers. Arm lengths are ludicrously too long, always. Females too that I know complain about the same thing and will not shop there anymore. If anyone from that company is reading this why is it that you have never ever learned why it is your clothes sales give you financial issues? Why has M&S never ever brought themselves up to date with fashion and pricing in their clothing lines? Oh well. Just thought I would have my say.

Web site very poor. Quality of clothing appalling. I am the only sort of customer they should be aiming at, I.e. Someone who remembers when the clothing was good quality, and well priced. I believe Marks and Spencer will only sell food within the next ten years as they simply cannot get the clothes right. I am also a share holder who can't sell her shares for what she paid for them!

Why do Marks and Spencer never have the full range of school uniform in store? Every year(along with many other people) I need to buy new uniform but every year, (unless I preorder on line) they never have the sizes I need. Isn't it common sense to get a large restock in before the new school year after all the demand will be high!

I'm tall. I needed some smart black trousers in a size 14L for a job interview. I ordered some online but the style didn't suit me. When I went into my local store (Tunbridge Wells) to try on some alternatives they didn't have any in 14L in ANY style. They had at least 5 14 short or and 14 reg in every style. No wonder all their customers are little old ladies!

I took something back as it didn't fit and the girl gave me money & a credit voucher. As I had only taken one thing back out of 5 purchases I couldn't understand why the return money didn't go on my M&S card. She tried to explain but couldn't when an older lady came over to help her, she was instantly dismissive and curt with her. I did ask the older lady later to explain it to me and she did, and I then understood. My sister and I found the whole thing unacceptable and said so... Won't shop again at M&S in Bradford

I bought 2 sofa's and they shed feathers from the start. Very difficult to contact customer service After two replacement arm pads and a visit from an assessor They arranged to take the order back. I was left out of pocket and sitting on deck chairs till I could order a new suite. Worst customer service experience I have ever had
