“After taking out the policy I had my first accident in40yrs of motoring. I was shunted from behinand the car written off. M&S really dealt with this well in terms of communications and procedures for following up the incident. As it was not my fault I have not lost my no claims bonus either. Have recommended M&S insurance to my friends and colleagues.”
