“Avoid like the plague, bunch of crooks. Cancel your insurance after you spend days trying to give them all the relevant information. Its not cheaper in the end you payinfg another deposit to go with someone else.”

“Ridiculous excess , hours spent in phone queue when you finally get through you get told they can’t deal with it and you get put in another queue 🤬 E mailed to cancel policy 5 days ago and still no reply , worst customer service I have ever come across”

“Forced to use the MCE App on my phone to upload documents which doesn't seem to work so I'm just left watching circles go round while getting emails that my contract will be canceled if the images don't get uploaded. The App support team apparently doesn't work weekends which makes things even harder to fix.”

“The price is good, but to be valid you need to upload all your documents to their app. The app is so glitchy and certain parts don't work on android phones, so unless you have an old iPhone laying around to do half of uploads on that, you're in trouble. It would not be so bad if the uploads were not mandatory and they threatened to cancel your policy unless you manage to use their glitchy app. They also don't pick up the phone when you try to call their technical helpline.”

“When you buy a bike/car the V5 document is sent off to the DVLA MCE badger you with messages and emails stating they need the V5 document or the policy will be cancelled, the only part of the V5 document is the green new keeper part which proves nothing at this stage.”
