“The price is good, but to be valid you need to upload all your documents to their app. The app is so glitchy and certain parts don't work on android phones, so unless you have an old iPhone laying around to do half of uploads on that, you're in trouble. It would not be so bad if the uploads were not mandatory and they threatened to cancel your policy unless you manage to use their glitchy app. They also don't pick up the phone when you try to call their technical helpline.”

“When you buy a bike/car the V5 document is sent off to the DVLA MCE badger you with messages and emails stating they need the V5 document or the policy will be cancelled, the only part of the V5 document is the green new keeper part which proves nothing at this stage.”

“Cheap insurance but customer service is non existent. Cancelled insurance for no reason and will not refund premium which means key worker can not go to work potentially loosing job”

“I bought the policy on the 10th, it is now the 14th and I'm still waiting for them to validate my insurance through the useless app that they have. I've sent several emails and received no response. I have to work and I don't have time to sit on the phone for hours waiting for someone to pick up.”

“Couldnt answer me for 2 days when I phone up about my policy even the live chat no one been getting back to me as soon as I press 1 for pay existing debt you pick up within 3 minutes! Absolute joke!”

“A ludicrous amount of documentation required to validate insurance on my crappy moped. Getting a mortgage is honestly less hassle. Then they constantly hound you with reminders. The single star was it was cheaper than everyone else but starting to regret my decision. Go elsewhere.”
