“Yes ..MCE want to cancel my insurance policy because I refuse to download to the app on my phone! and I have been a customer for the last 10 year”

“No complaints so far. The price for my insurance has remained reasonable and my last renew went relatively smoothly with a helpful operator. I've been with MCE for a number of years now, and remained accident free, so I cant comment on the claims side of things, however I wouldn't have stuck with this firm if I felt untrusting of this service.”

“there is a difference online versus phone. online - easy, self explanatory and very competitive. i almost would say 5 star; phone - impossible - dont answer their phone (not sure if Corona related or not), and when you get through they need to connect you to the next person. Impossible. I got the online quote, but scared to think if i had a claim how impossible this will be to deal with.”

“Very easy, got on-line quote, but had a query, so called them on the phone, and young lady was very helpful and sorted my query and arranged cover for me at a very competitive price. No complaints.”

“Worst insurance company on the planet! Don't use these guys! Hours and hours on hold. I was burped at by the operator. I was charged for my policy but their app didn't work so I wasn't covered to ride. Impossible to get through on the phone. In the end I had to send an email to the managing director before anything was done. Look at the reviews elsewhere and it's pretty clear they do everything possible to not pay claims.”
