Price great validation via app can’t access been trying to call after no help from web chat 40 mins call not answered 40 mins again call not answered emailed no reply yet let’s see if u want my custom or not

After failing to be able to purchase my insurance online, I did so by telephone. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes before getting through, so by this time I wasn't very happy. Once through howeve, the service was very good. the service was completed politely and promptly. I have been insured by MCE for over 5 year now & it is consistantly the best value on the market.

The price is ok for my insurance, but avoid the 0844 phone numbers ,starts charging the minute your on hold . I tried to get through 4 times before it was answered. £ 23 out of pocket...

I spoke to Marc Jubb Who got me a good quote and replied to my emails quickly as well. But he was off when I wanted to insure my bike today so I spoke to a lovely lady sorted it out for me thank you MCE

Price was the most competitive on the comparison site, customer service was pleasant and apparently efficient - however 4 days later I have yet to receive any confirming info. via email. Ironically receiving this survey request is the first subsequent contact. This aside however, I'm happy.

I have used this insurance company a couple of times over the years and always found it to be easy to deal with and more than competitive on price. I personally would highly recommend using MCE to insure your motorcycle.

Worse insurance company ever... Poor customer service. Everything is directed not towards the customer. No possibility of agreeing to terminate earlier, you will lost all you money... The initial insurance price is small, but in the end you will pay a lot. I really don’t recommend it.

Insured my bike online, websites a bit clunky and when entering card details it timed out so had to enter details again and I then found it took payment twice. Spent best part of an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone to help me out. The spirit crushing recorded messages suggested live chat as an alternative which I tried whilst waiting on the phone but no-one replied and message told me to try again later. Still waiting for the refund of the double payment, will set Visa on them if I have to. Not a good experience so far, did far better same day insuring my other bike with Swinton.

I was a customer and tried to renew online after 21:00 last week. all my details were the same but it had lapsed by 24hours. Been riding for over 30 years and never a claim or conviction. Wouldn't let me continue on line so had to phone them next day with the reference number (08400 number) when I got through the guy said I had to give him all the details again over the phone as the ref number was no good to him. He told me it was going to be £20 more than the online quote, I said why? he said because the month I bought my bike 10years ago was April on the online quote and I had said to him it was June over the phone. I told him to stick it and went elsewhere only to find I had an expensive 6 minuet phone call, BEWERE ITS AN 08400 PREMIUM NUMBER. Thats why they wanted me to phone
