“Got a reminder for bike insurance tried to call to renew couldn’t get through on the phone for at least an hour and a half. So went online got it straight away 30 pound cheaper so all good in the end .”

“After failing to be able to purchase my insurance online, I did so by telephone. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes before getting through, so by this time I wasn't very happy. Once through howeve, the service was very good. the service was completed politely and promptly. I have been insured by MCE for over 5 year now & it is consistantly the best value on the market.”
