The operator I spoke to was really helpful, polite & friendly. Price was reasonable as well.

As normal first class , every time I search for cheaper insurance mce come up trumps well done in these times when money is tight it’s good to see a insurance company with good value for money 👍

Very easy, got on-line quote, but had a query, so called them on the phone, and young lady was very helpful and sorted my query and arranged cover for me at a very competitive price. No complaints.

Worst insurance company on the planet! Don't use these guys! Hours and hours on hold. I was burped at by the operator. I was charged for my policy but their app didn't work so I wasn't covered to ride. Impossible to get through on the phone. In the end I had to send an email to the managing director before anything was done. Look at the reviews elsewhere and it's pretty clear they do everything possible to not pay claims.

All very easy and for the second year on the trot after getting the quote from MCE direct went onto a compare site and MCE was top on that to and even cheaper than the direct quote which when i contacted them honoured the cheaper quote from the compare site

You get what you pay for! they keep you waiting for over an hour on the phone and line quality is poor. I avoid this company and pay a bit more for a better professional service elsewhere. The MD needs to step his game up and maybe start reading some of the negative comments online too

Tryed to charge me 380 pound to put my harley Davidson on policy with full no claims had quotes on line with no no claims bonus for 120 absolute joke you dont deserve any custom

Courtney had an excellent telephone manner, understood my needs and was able to provide me with a quote that I accepted as it beat last years premium by approximately £30. Thank you.

I rung after having a silly online quote. Sales person was very abrupt in her manner very quick in her speech. Seemed as if she was in a hurry and I was in the way.

Have been with MCE for 3/4 years, so a loyal customer. Had only renewed the policy under a month ago. I wanted to change policy to another motorcycle. I was absolutely flabbergasted by the amount of extra costs £400 + £270 of original policy!! Visited comparison sites, where I can get a new policy from MCE for about same as original policy £250. It obviously doesn’t pay to remain loyal to this company!! On some sites MCE are one of the most expensive, for same kind of policy. On researching how much it would cast to cancel, its £62 for admin then another 25% of my policy, grand total of approx £130 almost half of the original policy price less than a month in !!!!!! Will definitely not recommend this company. Plus you cannot cancel online, it’s by phone...which takes ages to get connected Very very frustrating, and feel let down as I have been with the company for a long time

It’s very difficult to speak to you guys. It’s more than a month and I am yet to receive my certificate of insurance although I made full payment of £949. I also don’t find certificate of insurance on online portal. Called many times but no response. Emailed today, waiting for 14 days and then no choice to contact financial ombudsman.

Beware this insurance company charge premium rates to renew your policy i was on the phone for 20 minutes and was charged £10 12 minutes on hold waiting to get through £6 I wouldn't be using them again

MCE take premium but don't pay claims. Bike was stolen and MCE won't pay. May lose job because I need transport and public transport not an option. No job will mean I could loose my home. Also £2000 excess that I didn't understand would mean even if they did pay I get max £1500 for £3500 bike. Adverts say the get the best deal for rider. Liars! This was not a good deal for a young person with no business experience. Bike found stripped. Broke my heart.
