“I tried to contact them for 4 days, nobody answers the phone, responds the "live chat" or responds to emails. Avoid these clowns unless you have nothing better to do that listed to hold music”

“a very reasonable priced policy ,but your mobile app and validation process is a night mare and when i called with problems no one answers the phone, i tried the internet chat but no one available to reply to my problems. wasted a good 4 hours of my life.”

“Found the service excellent and the best price by a long way. Only problem up to yet is downloading the documents to my smart phone. As this is still an ongoing problem, I will have to reserve judgement on this aspect, but overall, very good.”

“This maybe a waste of time but i have tried to contact you by phone for the last three days eight phone calls and a total of three hours on hold and i didn't get through to any department i tried .i am trying to cancel my policy as i have sold my bike.i am looking to buy another one in the next week but am now feeling reluctant to use this company in the future and nobody available to respond on live chat either”

“Terrible customer service, cannot get through to them through email or phone, after 50 minutes of sitting on hold they hung up on me, and Live chat can't help with most issues. Threaten to cancel my policy because their automated app cannot recognize a picture of my motorbike keys (???)”

“The person who dealt with my insurance was really lovely, efficient and helpful. Best price insurance too! I would only say that the premium call numbers should be discontinued. I could not call the numbers using either my work phone or my personal phone. Thank you!”

“Terrible service. After suffering a no fault collision I was advised to split liability despite having an independent witness report to support my claim. MCE did very little to help me resolve my no fault claim. The third party accepted all liability at which point MCE refused to amend my premiums resulting from the loss of one years no claims bonus. MCE persistently worked against me in an effort to keep my premiums as high as possible, despite my not being at fault. I would strongly advise against using this company.”
