“In the end I got the cheapest insurance I could find... but the hassle I went thru. Never again. Spent over 45 min on the phone being transferred from one person who is "definitely going to help me" to another who " will know exactly what to do". Terrible customer service over the phone. It send shivers down my spine when I think about what I will have to go thru if I get into accident. Avoid if you can. I will.”

“If You expect professionalism and high quality customer service - stay away. They will treat You rubbish. Still the cheapest option on the market though. 1. They didn't charge me for my first installment explaining it's a system fault and I need to pay manually. I couldn't because they don't give You any account number for payments, it can be done through their representative on the phone. 2. They didn't charge the second installment either and I forgot to call them again. After few weeks my policy was cancelled and they didn't inform me. Obviously they will tell You they sent notifications, but in my case I didn't receive a thing. 3. When I found out my policy is cancelled I tried to buy a new one via phone, they proposed me twice the price.”

“Got a quote from MCE insurance on line which was very quick and easy to do. Once I received the quote I decided to contact MCE just to clarify a couple of points then completed my insurance on line in a couple of minutes all done.”

“Easy to do business with, competitive price, so remained with you for a second year. Only negative was the speed at which the agent ran through everything at the end, which needs to be slowed down if you expect people to follow what's being said!”
