“Having been on the phone for several hours (half of which was on hold) I still don't have the insurance cover I require nor can I access my documents online. Very poor customer service and refusal to return my money when I couldn't get the insurance I needed.”

“rip off dont do it the added extras are a con £100 excess on crash helmet n leathers need reciepts for everything i lost my bike they offered me peanuts they dont contact you 6 weeks now still on going rubbish”

“good quote pretty much the same as last year. on the negative the operative on the phone did go on a bit a lot of repetition followed by I would receive my documents by email within the next 24-48 hrs ( gazz99@hotmail.co.uk ) which I know you have as i've had correspodence before. I still haven't received these.”
