“Had to ring a couple of times after applying on-line (I’m a dinosaur and had a few problems!) On both occasions I spoke to very helpful advisers who were very re-assuring and took the stress out of the procedure! Overall was surprised at how much more reasonable the cost of the same insurance cover was than that quoted for renewal by my previous company of many years”
