“Used comparision websites to ensure I got a competetive price and Policy Expert saved me nearly £100 on my previous yearly premimum for a good level of coverage. Easy to organise on line and due to an error on my making I had to phone the company who recified the problem patiently and without a fuss. Depending on the renewal price next year will consider them again.”

“My building and contents insurance was up for renewal, the company I had been with for 8 years, and never made a claim gave me a reewal quote 40% higher than the previous year. “After finding Policy Expert through a comparison site I was impressed with the way in which the details and information required to make a decision were communicated. This was clearly laid out with a tick box chart - very clear and helpful. I chose the silver policy. In addition I made a call ahead of securing the policy, no ‘options 1-5’ and no time waiting on hold just straight through to a friendly, non pushy call handler. Price point also suited what I was looking for. I haven’t had to claim yet, and hope not to, so can’t comment on that side of things to date.”
