“Spoke to Jack on the phone after viewing the quote on Compare the Market. He was helpful with some questions I had regarding some of the cover. Those questions he could not answer he offered to put me through to someone who could help. My husband's return call with a query regarding the offer from Meerkat was not answered correctly by a female member of staff. Said the offer was only available to new customers. Wrong.”

“Such helpful and friendly staff and an easy website to use! We have recently brought our first home so home insurance is something we have not had to do before, Policy Expert made this an easy/straightforward and cheap experience! Their prices were very competitive but offering the best cover! Win win for us! I also had to make a phone call to policy expert to ask a question and the man I spoke with was so helpful! Plus I emailed and received a rep she’s within 24 hours! Thank you :)”
