“They suddenly cancelled my insurance and made out I was at fault, no rhyme or reason, absolutely disgraceful And after taking my monthly direct debits, need to know who to report this rogue company to, the lady on phone made out I was scamming them?? Could not work out why they cancelled, o received no emails or letters and subsequently was riding without insurance for over a month, absolutely terrible situation ????”

“One of the worst companies, I have ever used. How the hell it's legal to have these terms and conditions is beyond me, they prey on the younger as pretending to be cheap, should of just spent the extra money and gone with a more reputable company, these cheap vultures end up costing you more if there's a problem. Will never ever use these people or any subsidiary remotely related to this company, not that they care or it will affect them financially.”
