“I chose Sure Thing because they offered the best deal. Having purchased my insurance on a Tuesday I realised I needed to make amendments on the Thursday. They answered my queries,made the changes and within 10minutes had dealt with my problem. Even the hold music was pleasant. Thanks Sure Thing!”

“Hard to give a realistic review, as I've not had to make a claim (luckily). From my dealings with Sure Thing, which have been limited to the purchase of the policy, everything has been very easy and quick, so my experience this far has been very good.”

“POSITIVE FEEDBACK ALERT!!! So, I was able to type Sure Thing into my email, find an email link specifically sent to for changing details, log in and opt to change vehicle details, put in the reg, clicked a couple of buttons and hey-presto my certificate of insurance was printed out! (I even got a slight refund - perhaps I wouldn't have been so happy if I hadn't!) The only comment I would make is that considering the process was completely automated the £35 admin fee was damn steep! But on the whole, great stuff!”

“Would recommend to friends and family, I haven't made a claim so can't provide any feedback in respect of this but they do keep in touch with useful emails e.g. tips for winter driving which I have never had from previous providers.”
