“Have had Sure Thing insurance on my car for a year now. Have been absolutely fine with me. Everything was set up easily. At the start of the insurance I found Driver Guardian could provide legal cover cheaper than Sure Thing and they were more than happy to remove it free of charge even though I'd already started the policy which was very good of them. The team at Sure Thing have been great over the past year. Not had any claims with them over the past year so can't really review their claim policy, the insurance was very easy to take out, found it on compare the market. The only thing was that this year the new renewal was much higher than Aviva offered (the renewal quote was pretty much the same value as last year - even though I've got one more year on my licence and one more year no claims) so have switched to Aviva, but I guess sometimes that's just the way things go. Would certainly go back to Sure Thing again in the future if the price comes down. One thing that I did find really good is that they offer protected no claims at 4 years, where as many insurers only offer to protect your no claims after 5 years.”

“Found it quick and easy to take out insurance. A few crossed wires re my no-claims bonus which were ironed out promptly. Had to ring Customer Services for some info and they were efficient and helpful. 9 months into my policy and so far, so happy.”
