Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“The whole process was excellent from initial reply to email to next step on phone with someone in Wellington trying to make an sppt time. He was,as was Reuben who came to my home -great-very calm ,quiet, repectful,listening and attended to issues . Much appreciated when I wasn't calm or dealing with anything. Thank you”

“I had a couple of problems relating to booting and homepage set ups. These issues initially appeared complex during the appointment, but after taking the computer offsite Sean was able to resolve them. A very satisfactory outcome.”

“Arrived promptly. Able to comprehend my problems and solved them methodically. Able to chat at the same time in a friendly way. Did a check through the systems and also checked whether there was a Geek in Whanganui. He had to learn where Whanganui was but used the Geek map to do so which was interesting for me. Apparently only knows the South Island!”

“I have not been satisfied with Harry. When he first came he pressured me to purchase the computer despite me saying that I wished to discuss the purchase with my husband first. Harry's communication has been very poor. He has not given me very clear timeframes about the waiting times for the computer and also he did not tell me clearly when he rang last week that he would only be coming to pick up my computer to take back to the office to transfer my data over to the new computer. I have not been given very clear indications of the costs involved with the purchase of the new computer. Harry has also been very vague about the trade in of the old computer. He indicated that it would be about $200 to $250 but as he was walking out the door yesterday he said that it could only be $50 if there was a problem with the old computer. Due to this vagueness I will not be accepting less than $250 for a trade in! He also tried to pressure me into purchasing a monitor with once again a vague indication of the costs involved. I felt that he was more interested in me spending more money than giving me full and thorough information about what was involved. Overall I will not be recommending Geeks on Wheels due to all the miscommunication and lack of communication. I would expect a full disclosure of costs involved prior to signing any forms.”

“Ryan was excellent. He also stayed and helped us set up our new telephone system. It was worth having him for the extra time to take away the stress of installing it ourselves. He was very patient and explained everything very well. Would recommend any time.”

“We have had 3 visits with John and we probably could have had the work done in 2. HIs first visit advised us the current laptop would need to be replaced and we discussed set up etc.When he came to set up the new laptop my expectations was that it would replicate our previous laptop and we would not have any issues. The fact that I had to contact you to get our ESET put on and our email set up with our folders and contacts seems that our set up wasn't complete as he said. Our communication with each other would appear to be not very good. We hope that we do not have any future issues with our new laptop.”
